Karen Newman
Detroit native Karen Newman has long been a well-known face in Michigan and is seen regularly as the “Voice of the Detroit Red Wings. “This has continued for more than a decade, giving the singer the exposure needed to release an album of classic rock-oriented pop songs called One Word, and a holiday album “What Christmas Means to Me.” What Christmas Means To Me Her original song “Christmas Eve on Woodward Avenue” is a regular Christmas favorite in Detroit.
